Certificate Reprints.

Request a replacement or corrected AAEME certificate below. Reprints are issued only to physicians who have completed the applicable course and passed the certification exam. The $100 fee covers verification and reissuance, and requests are processed twice a month.

Please note: the $100 fee covers verification and reissuance and is non-refundable, including when our records show the certificate was not earned (for example, a course that was started but never completed). If you are not sure whether you completed a course or passed an exam, please contact us before paying.

Before you start: To help us find your record and get your certificate to you quickly, please make sure you have completed your AAEME profile and use the same email address that AAEME has on file for you. If you are not sure, go ahead and submit, and our team will help match your record.

The address AAEME should reach you at. We use it to match your record.

For matching and verification. This may differ from your legal name.

Enter your name exactly as it should appear on the certificate. This is the name that will print.

We do not issue certificates for free courses.

Optional. Free text is fine (for example, "Spring 2022"). This helps us locate your record.

A previous name, why you are ordering a reprint, or other email addresses you may have used with AAEME.

Choose "Name error" if you need the name on your certificate corrected, and type the corrected spelling in the Certificate Name field above.

Please submit one request per certificate. If you need more than one certificate reprinted, complete a separate request for each.

The $100 reprint fee is non-refundable. It covers our staff time to locate your record and issue your certificate.
