Course Access

Already Paid for an AAEME Course?

If you purchased an AAEME course before May 2026 and need to claim access on the new platform, or if you need a replacement certificate, you are in the right place.

What This Page Is For

In May 2026, AAEME launched a new website and learning platform. If you purchased a course through the previous AAEME website, your enrollment does not transfer automatically. We will add it to your new account at no charge once we verify your original purchase.

This applies to courses purchased directly through AAEME within the last 12 months. It does not apply to exam registrations, study materials, or WPIRS software purchases.

If you already hold a valid CIRS™ or NIRSAT™ certificate and are not looking to re-take the course, you do not need to do anything. Your credential is still valid. This process is only for physicians who want to access course content they previously paid for but have not yet completed.

How to Claim Your Course Access

01
Create a free AAEME account
If you do not already have an account on the new aaeme.com, create one here. Use the same email address you used when you originally purchased your course. This helps us match your records.
02
Complete your AAEME physician profile
Fill out your AAEME registration form with your current professional information. This is required for all users on the new platform and ensures your certification records are accurate.
03
Contact us with your course details
Use the contact form to send us the following: the name of the course you purchased, approximately when you purchased it, and the email address you used at the time of purchase. You do not need a receipt. We will verify against our records.
04
We verify your purchase and grant access
We will verify your original purchase against our records. Verification may take up to 5 business days. If verified, we will add the course to your account and send you a confirmation email. If we cannot verify your purchase, we will contact you directly.

Course access does not include a certificate. To receive your CIRS™ or NIRSAT™ certification, you must complete the course and pass the applicable certification exam. Completing the course alone does not issue a credential.

Certificate Reprints

If you are requesting a new or replacement certificate that is not due to the negligence of AAEME (for example because your name is wrong or you cannot find your copy), please be aware of the following:

  • Certificate reprints are issued only to physicians who have fully completed the applicable course and passed the certification exam
  • Completion status is verified before any certificate is issued
  • If verification reveals that course or exam requirements have not been met, the reprint request will be denied and the reprint fee is forfeited
  • No exceptions

Requesting a certificate reprint does not grant you a certificate if you have not completed your course and exam. Do not submit a reprint request if you have not finished your course. The fee will not be refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions

I used a different email address when I originally purchased. What should I do?

Create your new account with your current email address and mention both email addresses in your contact form message. We will search our records under both addresses.

I purchased more than one course. Do I need to submit separate requests?

No. List all courses in a single contact form message and we will verify and grant access to all of them at once.

I completed my course on the old platform. Will my completion carry over?

Course completion records from the previous platform may not transfer automatically. If you completed a course previously and hold a valid certificate, your credential remains valid. You do not need to re-take the course. If you completed the course but did not sit the exam, contact us and we will note your completion status in your new account record.

How long will I have access to the course once it is added to my account?

Course access on the new platform is granted under the same terms as a new enrollment. Contact us if you have specific questions about access duration for your course.

I purchased a course but I am not sure which one. Can you look it up?

Yes. Include your name, the email address you used at the time of purchase, and approximately when you purchased, and we will search our records and identify which course or courses you purchased.

Ready to Get Started?

Claim your legacy course access or request a certificate reprint. Both start with a message to our support team.
